Housing support services grant funding

2017–18 Grant Funding for Housing Support Services

To support individuals and families who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, the Northern Territory Government (through the Department of Housing and Community Development) is inviting grant funding applications from eligible organisations to deliver accommodation and/or support services to stabilise their situation and achieve sustainable housing.

In order to achieve the objectives of the current Northern Territory Housing Strategy and the mutually agreed outputs of the National Agreement on Affordable Housing and the National Partnership Agreement on Homelessness, it is expected that a client centred approach is adopted by service providers to support vulnerable Territorians to find the right home to live in with the appropriate wrap around services to support sustainable tenancies.
